She is also on the board of AGF Management Ltd., President’s Choice Bank, President's Choice Financial and GS1 Canada.

In her past career Ms. Davis occupied the position of Vice President-Finance & Controller at Rogers Communications, Inc.

Ms. Davis received an undergraduate degree from Queen's University.
