In the past Mr. Bomar occupied the position of Senior Vice President-Home Services at The Home Depot, Inc. and Chairman of Georgia Center For Child Advocacy, Inc.

He received an undergraduate degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Duke University.
