Presently, Siew Fong Kang occupies the position of Chief Financial Officer for Ascott Residence Trust and Vice President-Finance at Ascott Residence Trust Management Ltd. Ms. Kang is also on the board of Tribeca Hotel REIT LLC and Member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

In the past Ms. Kang held the position of Vice President-Finance for Ascott Real Estate Investment Trust.

She received an undergraduate degree from National University of Singapore.
