He is on the Board of Directors at Novavest Real Estate AG, ANF Finance AG, Cime V-E Asset AG, goetzpartners Schweiz AG, Sh Real Estate AG, Cime Capital AG, Goldkorn AG and Independent Value Advisors AG.

He is an internationally renowned convertible bond specialist.

He has over 30 years of experience in the finance industry.

During 1993 and 2007 he was Managing Director at Jefferies International Ltd. in London. In 1994 he founded Jefferies (Switzerland) Ltd. and was appointed CEO. At the same time he was entrusted with establishing an Asset Management unit for convertible bonds, which by 2007 had CHF 3.5bn assets under management. In 2000 he became a member of the Board of Directors of Jefferies International Ltd. in London and 2003 he was appointed Chairman of the board of Jefferies (Switzerland) Ltd. Previously he had been in leading positions at J. Henry Schroder Bank, Citigroup and the NatWest Group.
