Presently, Susan Coles is General Counsel & Head-Finance at Vivet Therapeutics SAS. Ms. Coles is also on the board of TME Pharma NV and Member of New York State Bar Association and Member of Ontario Bar Association.

In her past career Ms. Coles was General Counsel for Inventiva SA, General Counsel of Stallergenes SA, Senior Counsel at Laboratoires Fournier SAS and Senior Counsel at Mylan Laboratories SAS.

Ms. Coles received an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia and a graduate degree from the University of Toronto.
