Currently, Syed Muhammad Taha holds the position of Chief Executive Officer, Director & MD at Pakistan State Oil Co. Ltd.

He is also on the board of Pakistan Refinery Ltd., Petroleum Institute of Pakistan, Pak-Arab Pipeline Co. Ltd. and Asia Petroleum Ltd.

Mr. Taha previously was Head-Program Management Office at Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Co. Plc and Chief Operating Officer-Distribution Division at K-Electric Ltd.

Syed Muhammad Taha received an MBA and an undergraduate degree from Institute of Business Administration.
