Tao Sung Chen occupies the position of Chairman for Canaan Investment Co. Mr. Chen is also on the board of Vate Technology Co., Ltd., Xander International Corp. and Chander Electronics Corp.

Mr. Chen received an undergraduate degree from National Taipei University of Business.
