Presently, Vern D. Yu is Chairman for Tour Alberta For Cancer and Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President for Enbridge, Inc. Mr. Yu is also on the board of Spectra Energy Partners GP LLC, Gaz Métro LNG LP and Calgary Economic Development.

He previously held the position of Director, Chief Development Officer & EVP at DCP Midstream LP, Director & Chief Development Officer at Spectra Energy Partners LP, Treasurer at Enbridge Energy Partners LP, Treasurer for Enbridge Energy Management LLC and Treasurer at Enbridge Energy Co., Inc.

He received an MBA from the University of Toronto and an undergraduate degree from Queen's University.
