W. Alan McCollough is on the board of La-Z-Boy, Inc. Mr. McCollough previously was Chairman at Circuit City Stores, Inc. and Marketing Director for Milliken & Co. (South Carolina).

He received an undergraduate degree from Missouri Valley College and an MBA from Southern Illinois University.
