Yasuchika Hasegawa is on the board of AGC, Inc. (Japan). In the past Mr. Hasegawa occupied the position of Chairman of Takeda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., President of TAP Pharmaceutical Products, Inc., President for TAP Holdings LLC and Chairman of Japan Association of Corporate Executives. He received an undergraduate degree from Waseda University.
