Dr. Efremov previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Motorsport Network LLC and Senior Vice President-Corporate Development of Liberty Media Corp.

Dr. Efremov received a doctorate from Yale University, an undergraduate degree from Furman University and a graduate degree from Yale Law School.
