Yok Sing Tsang

Yok Sing Tsang is currently the Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Policy Research Institute Ltd.
He also holds positions as an Independent Non-Executive Director at KunLun Energy Co. Ltd., Beijing Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd., N1 Holdings Ltd.
(China), House of Connoisseur Holdings Group Ltd., and Director at Pui Kiu Primary School.
In the past, Mr. Tsang served as the Chairman of Democratic Alliance For The Betterment & Progress from 1992 to 2003.
He was also an Independent Non-Executive Director at DTXS Silk Road Investment Holdings Co. Ltd.
from 2020 to 2023.
Additionally, he held positions as a Director at Airport Authority Hong Kong from 2005 to 2008, a Non-Executive Director at Securities & Futures Commission from 2001 to 2007, and a President-4th & 5th Legislative Council in the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region from 1997 to 2016.
He was a Member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 1998 to 2016 and a Council Member at Hong Kong Metropolitan University from 1996 to 2005.
Mr. Tsang also served as a Member of The Independent Commission Against Corruption (Australia) from 2003 to 2008 and a Member of the Task Force On Land Supply from 2017 to 2018.
Mr. Tsang obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Hong Kong in 1968 and his graduate degree from the same institution in 1983.
