Presently, Yukako Uchinaga is President & Representative Director at Globalization Research Institute.

She is also on the board of Teijin Ltd., HOYA Corp. and NHK Symphony Orchestra Tokyo and Chairman of Japan Women’s Innovative Network.

In the past Ms. Uchinaga held the position of Director & Vice President at Benesse Holdings, Inc. and Honorary Chairman at Berlitz Corp. (a subsidiary of Benesse Holdings, Inc.) and Director at IBM Japan Ltd.

Ms. Uchinaga received an undergraduate degree from the University of Tokyo.
