(a subsidiary of FaZe Holdings, Inc.). Mr. Katz is also on the board of American Society of Composers, Authors & Publishers and National Music Publishers' Association, Inc.

In his past career Zach Katz held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Raised In Space and Chief Executive Officer of Beluga Heights Record.

He received a graduate degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California.
