Mr. Warren is also on the board of Fiserv, Inc., UPS Foundation, Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America and International Tennis Hall of Fame, Inc. and Member of Executive Leadership Council, Inc., Member of Young Presidents' Organization, Inc. and Founding Member at The Black Executive CMO Alliance.

Mr. Warren previously held the position of President-Commercial Business Group at Conduent, Inc., Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer for Xerox Canada, Inc., Chief Commercial Officer & Executive VP for Xerox Corp. and Senior Vice President-Eastern Sales at U.S. Solutions Group, Inc.

Mr. Warren received an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.
