Presently, Krisztina Dorogházi is Chief Accounting Officer, Senior VP & Controller at TechnipFMC plc and Chairman of Technip Offshore International SAS (a subsidiary of TechnipFMC plc).

She is also on the board of Magyar Telekom Telecommunications Plc and Member of Hungarian Chamber of Auditors.

She previously was Chief Financial Officer & Group Senior VP at MOL Hungarian Oil & Gas Plc and Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Ms. Dorogházi received an undergraduate degree from College for Foreign Trade.
