(Broker) (which are all subsidiaries of Orient Securities Co., Ltd.). He is also on the board of Orient Securities Asset Management Co. Ltd., Orient Securities Investment Banking Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Orient Securities Innovation Investment Co., Ltd. Mr. Jin received a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics.
