An Inspector General of Finances since 2007, Mr. Quinet started his career in 1988 as an Economist within the Forecast department of the French Ministry of the Economy.
He worked at OECD (1992-1994) and in 1997 he joined Banque de France where he was in charge of the macro-economy and forecast department.
He later was appointed to various positions of Advisor to the Prime Minister's Cabinet.
Mr. Quinet graduated from ENA-Ecole Nationale d'Administration and from IEP-Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris.
