Jon A. Benowitz

Prior to joining RockBridge, Mr. Benowitz served as Senior Vice President of Project Finance and Investment Analysis for Hilton Hotels Corporation where he worked for nearly a decade.
His responsibilities included completing transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, mortgage financing, joint venture equity financing, and negotiating management agreements for hotel projects.
He was also responsible for Hilton’s Feasibility & Investment Analysis Department which prepared feasibility studies and financial analyses for Hilton’s full service hotel projects.
He also played an instrumental role in Hilton’s acquisition of Hilton International in 2006 and the sale of Hilton Hotels Corporation to Blackstone in 2008.
Prior to his time with Hilton, he spent nearly a decade with Marriott Corporation where he was involved in a variety of financial and real estate matters.
Mr. Benowitz earned a Bachelor of Arts from Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York and a Master’s of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
