Louis J.
Freeh is the founder and Chairman of Freeh Group International Solutions LLC, which was founded in 2007.
He is currently the Director of the U.S.
Naval Academy Foundation, the Managing Partner of Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan LLP since 2007, and a Trustee of the Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience.
In his former positions, Mr. Freeh served as the Chairman & Interim Chief Executive Officer of Guidant Corp.
from 2000 to 2006, Vice Chairman, Secretary & General Counsel of MBNA Corp.
from 2001 to 2006, Vice Chairman & General Counsel of Maryland National Bank, Independent Director of Bristol Myers Squibb Co. from 2005 to 2013, Director of the Federal National Mortgage Association from 2007 to 2008, Lead Director of Wilmington Trust Corp.
from 2009 to 2011, Director of Viisage Technology, Inc., Director & Partner of Pepper Hamilton LLP from 2012 to 2013, Director of Idemia Identity & Security USA LLC from 2006 to 2007, Director of Fannie Mae Foundation, and General Counsel of the National Italian American Foundation, Inc.Mr. Freeh received his graduate degree from Rutgers State University of New Jersey in 1974, his undergraduate degree from Rutgers State University of New Jersey in 1971, and another graduate degree from New York University in 1984.
