Moskow is currently the Vice Chairman at The Chicago Council on Global Affairs since 1993.
He is also a Director at Education Corp.
of America, World Business Chicago, Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, National Bureau of Economic Research, Inc., National Futures Association, Northwestern Memorial Foundation, Civic Consulting Alliance, Edgewater Services LLC, Lafayette College, Chicago Workforce Board, and Flowstone Opportunity Fund, where he serves as the Lead Independent Trustee since 2019.
Previously, Dr. Moskow served as the President & Chief Executive Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago from 1994 to 2007.
He was also the Chairman of The Japan America Society of Chicago.
Additionally, he held positions as a Director at Commonwealth Edison Co., Taylor Capital Group, Inc., Northern Institutional Funds, Cole Taylor Bank, Discover Financial Services, Council on Foreign Relations, Inc., US Department of Labor, Carbon Merger Subsidiary, Inc., Metropolis Strategies, and CityBase, Inc. He was a Senior Staff Economist at the Council of Economic Advisers from 1969 to 1977 and a Member-Governors Board at Econ Illinois.
Dr. Moskow holds a doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, which he received in 1965, and an undergraduate degree from Lafayette College, which he obtained in 1959.
