Megabank JSC engages in the provision of commercial and retail banking operations within Ukraine. Its activities include operations in the stock market, such as brokerage, dealership, underwriting, securities management, activity keeper; foreign currency operations, utilities payment, opening current and savings accounts, servicing credit cards of international system MasterCard international, remittances in local and foreign currencies, loans, and others. The firm operates through the following segments: Retail Banking; Corporate Banking; Treasury Banking Transactions; and Integral Clearing Centre (ICC). The Retail Banking segment includes the provision of banking services to individuals-customers on the opening and maintenance of current and savings accounts, deposit attractions, investment and savings products, custody services, credit and debit card service, consumer and mortgage lending. The Corporate Banking segment involves bank services provided to business entities in lending, settlement and cash servicing of accounts in foreign and national currencies, documentary operations, acceptance of temporarily free funds for a deposit. The Treasury Banking Transactions segment comprises interbank placements / attractions, SWAP operation, domestic government bonds transactions (DGBs), and high-level asset control. The Integral Clearing Centre (ICC) segment is a system developed by the Bank for receiving and processing individual payments for utilities. The company was founded on June 1990 and is headquartered in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
