Vinod Jain

Vinod Jain is currently the Chairman of Inmacs Management Services Ltd. and a Director of several other companies including Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association, Inmacs Ltd., Inmacs Microsystems Pvt Ltd., Intergria Technologies Pvt Ltd., Five Square Agro Gold Pvt Ltd., Aptel Softek System Pvt Ltd., Auatech Hong Kong Pvt Ltd., and Inmacs Managements Services Ltd. He is also the Managing Partner of Vinod Kumar & Associates since 1980.
Mr. Jain has held several positions in professional organizations such as The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Confederation of Indian Industry, The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India, Auditing & Assurance Standards Board, Securities Appellate Tribunal, and Board of Industrial & Financial Reconstruction.
He was also the National President of Association of National Exchanges Members of India.
Mr. Jain received his undergraduate degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce in 1976.
He served as an Independent Director of Coal India Ltd. from 2015 to 2019 and as a Director of South Eastern Coalfields Ltd. in 2017-2018.
