Xi Qun Yi

Xi Qun Yi is currently the Chairman of the Capital Entrepreneurs Club and the Vice Chairman of The Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association.
He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director at Zheshang Jinhui Trust Co., Ltd. and holds the position of Vice President at the Beijing Private Equity Association, China Association for the Promotion of Industrial Development, and China Private Equity Association.
Additionally, he serves as the President of the Capital Enterprises Association.
In his former positions, Mr. Yi was the Chairman of Beijing Holdings Ltd. from 2003 to 2012.
He also held the role of Chairman at Beijing Enterprises Holdings Ltd. in 2009, Chairman & President at Beijing Enterprises Group Co., Ltd. in 2009, and Chairman of Bowei Capital.
Furthermore, he served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at SOHO China Ltd., China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd., Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Ltd., China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd., and Kingwisoft Technology Group Co. Ltd.Mr. Yi obtained an MBA from Tsinghua University in 1982 and completed his undergraduate studies at Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 1975.
