Growth

Mid-term billing 26.8 25.7 + 4.3%

VDI Group has continued its international development and, with a constant exchange rate, has a growth in turnover of 4.4% and 4.3% with a constant perimeter.

This increase would have reached 7% if a large order for €700K from the United Kingdom had not been delayed. This will be delivered in the second half of the year (this same order was also made and accounted for in the 1st semester of 2010).

Billing within the different areas of activity is as follows:

Energie Autonome (Portable Energy) has continued its strong growth dynamic with a rise of 11.8% at €17.6 M.

Homme et Travail (Man and Work) has achieved €9.2 M (it was at €9.9M last year) and represents 34.5% of the total activity. This division will benefit from greater development in the second half of the financial year.

Continued growth and profitability at roughly 5% in 2011

For the 2011 financial year VDI’s main priority is to unite growth in activity with improved profitability. The financial year’s net profitability should therefore be roughly 5%.

This objective should be reached due to the following:

- A volume effect with growth in activity in comparison to the 2010 financial year.

- Growth from agencies and branches opened in 2010 in France, Germany and Spain.

- Rigorously managing structural and transportation costs.

The Group continues to look for external growth opportunities that will reinforce its product range and geographical coverage.

Mid-term results for 2011 will be published on September 12th 2011 after the stock market has closed.
