For the three months ended March 31, 2014, the Fund had net investment income of $3,028,743 ($0.192 per share). For the six months ended March 31, 2014, the Fund had net investment income of $6,051,339 ($0.382 per share). In comparison, for the three months ended March 31, 2013, the Fund had net investment income of $2,914,552 ($0.184 per share). For the six months ended March 31, 2013, the Fund had net investment income of $5,826,442 ($0.367 per share).

Net realized and unrealized gains for the three months ended March 31, 2014 were $9,403,364 ($0.590 per share). Net realized and unrealized gains for the six months ended March 31, 2014 were $7,294,705 ($0.457 per share). In comparison, net realized and unrealized losses for the three months ended March 31, 2013 were $3,458,209 ($0.223 per share).
