Aamal Q S C : Changes to the Board of Directors of Aamal Q.P.S.C.

Doha, 5 of February 2017: Aamal Company Q.P.S.C., one of the GCC's fastest growing diversified companies, approved changes to the Board of Directors during their meeting held on 4 of February 2017.
The BOD approved the change of Al Faisal Holding LLC representative on the Company's Board of Directors by replacing Mr. Tarek Mohammad Al Sayed with Sheikh Jabor Abdul Rahman Mohammad Al Thani, and the change of the City Limousine LLC representative on the Company's Board of Directors by replacing Sheikh Turki Faisal Qassim Al Thani with Mr. Kamel Muhammad Al Agla.
The BOD also approved the election of a new Managing Director for the Company, a post that was previously held by the representative of Al Faisal Holding LLC (Mr. Tarek Al Sayed), and which will now be held by Sheikh Mohammad Faisal Qassim Faisal Al Thani in his personal capacity - as the Board of Directors of the Company has elected Sheikh Muhammad Faisal Qassim Faisal Al Thani to serve as the new Managing Director of the Company.
Pursuant to the above, the Board of Directors of the Company shall comprise of the following:

His Excellency Sheikh Mohammad Faisal Qassim Al Thani (in his personal capacity) - Vice Chairman- Managing Director
His Excellency Sheikh Jabr Abdul Rahman Al Thani (Representative of Al Faisal Holding) - Member
His Excellency Sheikh Abdulla Hamad Qassim Al Thani (Representative of Al Jazi real Estate) - Member
Her Excellency Sheikha Al Jazi Faisal Qasim Al Thani (Representative of Al Rayyan International Education) - Member
Mr. Kamel Mohammad Mohammad AL Agla (Representative of City Limousine) - Member
H.E. Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani, Chairman of Aamal, has expressed his appreciation to the former Managing Director Mr. Tarek M. El Sayed for his efforts and contribution in leading the company forward, achieving outstanding results and a market leading positon on the local and regional level
