Oryx International Growth Fund Limited (the "Company") Transaction in Own Shares

Pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on 25 August 2016 to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares"), the Company announces that it has purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares.

Date of purchase: 26 January 2017

Number of Ordinary Shares purchased: 135,000

Highest price paid per share: 650p

Lowest price paid per share: 650p Volume weighted average price paid per share: 650p

Following the purchase and cancellation, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 14,919,125 Ordinary Shares with voting rights of one vote per Ordinary Share held. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), a schedule of individual trades by Winterflood Securities Limited is set out below.
