   The profit for the Consolidated Entity after providing for income tax amounted to $58,939 (31 December 2015: $47,754). Further details of the results for half year can be found in the 'Review of operations' section of the Directors' report in the attached Interim Report.

   * EBITDA is a financial measure which is not prescribed by Australian Accounting Standards ('AAS') and represents the profit under AAS adjusted for depreciation, amortisation, interest and tax.

   The Consolidated Entity's recent acquisition of Phone Name Marketing Pty Ltd (and associated entities) has been recognised largely as an intangible asset and was, in part, funded by a $4.2 million bank facility. Therefore, whilst it is revenue generating, both the customer base and over 2,200 phone Names have been treated as intangible and excluded in net tangible assets.

   The previous period result relates to Spirit Telecom (Australia) Pty Ltd and not the listed entity.
