(Stock code: 01335) VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT

This announcement is made by Sheen Tai Holdings Group Company Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis.

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of the Company is pleased to announce that Mr. Ren Quanhao (任全好 ) ("Mr. Ren") has been appointed as vice president of the Group with effect from 8 June 2017.

Set out below is the biography of Mr. Ren:

Mr. Ren, aged 53, graduated from Qingdao Institute of Construction Engineering* (青島建築工程 學院 ) (now known as Qingdao University of Technology) with a bachelor degree of construction environment and service engineering*(建築環境與設備工程 ) in July 1986. Mr. Ren has over 30 years work experience in different industries. Prior to joining the Group, he was a director of a packing company in the People's Republic of China.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to welcome Mr. Ren in joining the Group.
