The board (the "Board") of directors of Xiao Nan Guo Restaurants Holdings Limited (the "Company", to be named as TANSH Global Food Group Co., Ltd. (國際天食集團有限公司)

together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that Mr. Wang Hairong ("Mr. Wang") has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 2 August 2017 as he needs more time to deal with his personal matters.

Mr. Wang has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no other matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to express its sincere appreciation to Mr. Wang for his contribution to the Group during his tenure of office.
