Reference is made to the announcement of Sheen Tai Holdings Group Company Limited (the "Company") dated 7 August 2017 relating to the date of meeting (the "Board Meeting") of the board of directors (the "Board") of the Company for the purposes of considering and approving the unaudited interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 June 2017 and the recommendation of the payment of an interim divided, if any.

The Board announces that the Board Meeting initially scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 29 August 2017 has been re-scheduled to Thursday, 31 August 2017 at Unit 1903, 19/F., Jubliee Centre, 18 Fenwick Street, Wanchai, Hong Kong as the Company needs more time to finalise the consolidated financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2017.
