NOTICE TO THE MARKET INTERNATIONAL MEAL COMPANY ALIMENTAÇÃO S.A. (the "Company") (B3: MEAL3), in addition

to the notice to the market disclosed on August 29, 2017, the Company informs that in accordance with applicable law it will retain income tax on the positive difference between the amount received from the capital reduction and the corresponding acquisition cost of the shares held by the Non- Resident Shareholder.

In order to give more time to the Non-Resident Shareholder to inform the Company the average acquisition cost of the shares held on September 1, 2017, to be considered in the calculation of the income tax to be withheld; the Board of Directors, on this date, resolved to postpone the date of payment of the reimbursement to September 21, 2017. Non-Residents Shareholders must inform no later than September 15, 2017 (inclusive), the average acquisition cost of the Company's shares.

If a Non-Resident Shareholder does not report its respective average acquisition cost, or at the Company's discretion, does not submit necessary documentation to support the average cost informed until September 15, 2017 (inclusive), the Company shall deem that the Non-Resident Shareholder acquisition cost is zero, as authorized by applicable law. In any event, the responsibility for the content of the information sent will be exclusive of the non-resident shareholder and its legal representative in Brazil, who will be responsible for any grievances and/or liabilities arising from the inaccuracy and/or untruth of the information provided.

Non-Resident Shareholders must inform the average acquisition cost of the Company's shares directly to the Company through the e-mail [e-mail] , mentioning in the subject "[Name of Shareholder] - Average cost of acquisition of shares".
