CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Board is pleased to announce that the change of the English name of the Company from ''Fraser Holdings Limited'' to ''Zhejiang United Investment Holdings Group

Limited'' and adoption of its dual foreign name in Chinese as ''浙江聯合投資控股集團有

限公司'' have become effective from 6 September 2017.

CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAMES

The stock short names of the Company for trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from ''FRASER HLDGS'' to ''ZJ UNITED INV'' in English and ''浙江聯 合投資'' will be adopted in Chinese with effect from 26 September 2017. The stock code

of the Company will remain unchanged as ''8366''.

CHANGE OF COMPANY WEBSITE

The website of the Company will be changed from ''http://www.fraserholdings.com'' to http://www.zjuv8366.com with effect from the date of this announcement.

ADOPTION OF NEW COMPANY LOGO

With effect from the date of this announcement, the Company has adopted a new logo which will be printed on all corporate documents of the Company. The Company's new logo has been shown on the top of this announcement.

INTRODUCTION

Reference is made to the announcement of Fraser Holdings Limited (now known as Zhejiang United Investment Holdings Group Limited) (the ''Company'') dated 26 July 2017, the circular of the Company dated 4 August 2017 (the ''Circular'') in relation to, among other things, the change of the English name of the Company from ''Fraser Holdings Limited'' to ''Zhejiang United Investment Holdings Group Limited'' and adoption of its dual foreign

name in Chinese as ''浙江聯合投資控股集團有限公司'' and the announcement of the

Company dated 5 September 2017 in relation to the poll results of the annual general meeting (the ''AGM'') convened and held on 5 September 2017. Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as they were defined in the Circular, unless

otherwise specified herein.

CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Board is pleased to announce that subsequent to the passing of a special resolution in relation to the Change of Company Name by the Shareholders at the AGM held on 5 September 2017, the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name was issued by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands certifying that the change of the English

name of the Company from ''Fraser Holdings Limited'' to ''Zhejiang United Investment Holdings Group Limited'' and adoption of its dual foreign name in Chinese as ''浙江聯合投 資控股集團有限公司'' have become effective from 6 September 2017.

The Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Companies Registry in Hong Kong on 20 September 2017

confirming its registration of the new name of the Company ''Zhejiang United Investment Holdings Group Limited 浙江聯合投資控股集團有限公司'' under Part 16 of the Companies

Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

EFFECT OF CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Change of Company Name does not affect any of the rights of the existing Shareholders. All existing share certificates of the Company in issue bearing the former names of the Company will continue to be good evidence of legal title and to be valid and accepted for delivery, trading, settlement and registration purposes. There will not be any arrangement for the free exchange of the existing share certificates of the Company bearing the former name for new share certificates bearing the new name. Going forward, new share certificates of the Company will be issued in the new name of the Company with effect from 26 September 2017.

CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAMES

The stock short names of the Company for trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from ''FRASER HLDGS'' to ''ZJ UNITED INV'' in English and ''浙江聯合投

資'' will be adopted in Chinese with effect from 9: 00 a.m. on 26 September 2017. The stock code of the Company will remain unchanged as ''8366''.

CHANGE OF COMPANY WEBSITE

The website of the Company will be changed from ''http://www.fraserholdings.com'' to http://www.zjuv8366.com with effect from the date of this announcement.

ADOPTION OF NEW COMPANY LOGO

With effect from the date of this announcement, the Company has adopted a new logo which will be printed on all corporate documents of the Company. The Company's new logo has been shown on the top of this announcement.
