São Paulo, November 1, 2017, Wednesday - Alupar Investimento S.A. (B3: 'ALUP11″) a listed company, registered with the CVM under No. 2149-0, in compliance with article 157, paragraph 4 of Law 6,404 dated December 15, 1976 (' Corporation Law') and the provisions of CVM Instruction 358, of January 3, 2002, informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Board of Directors approved the celebration of an Agreement for the Purchase and Sale of Shares and the Assignment of Subscription Rights with Apollo 12, which reflects the acquisition of 50% of the capital and voting capital of BJL SPE Transmissora de Energia Elétrica S.A.
