COMPLETION OF THE MERGER-ABSORPTION

OF DOM SECURITY BY GROUPE SFPI

GROUPE SFPI and DOM SECURITY announce that their boards of directors have formerly recorded on 16thNovember 2018 the final completion of the merger through absorption of DOM SECURITY by GROUPE SFPI, which had been first approved by a vast majority of the shareholders at their General Meetings held on 13thNovember 2018, on the basis of the exchange ratio of 1 DOM SECURITY share for 20 GROUPE SFPI shares.

The merger-absorption which entails the dissolution without liquidation of DOM SECURITY, became effective on 16thNovember 2018 following DOM SECURITY and GROUPE SFPI above stated boards of directors. It shall be registered with Euroclear France, on 23rdNovember 2018. The merger-absorption is retroactive as of 1stJanuary 2018 from accounting and fiscal standpoint.

GROUPE SFPI new shares shall be listed on the compartment B of the Eurolist of Euronext Paris under the ISIN code FR0004155000 as from 21stNovember 2018. DOM SECURITY shares shall be delisted from Eurolist by Euronext Paris on 20thNovember 2018 after close of trading.

GROUPE SFPI contemplates to complete by 31stDecember 2018 the transfer to the benefit of its fully owned subsidiary DOM PARTICIPATIONSof some operating companies' securities receivedunder the merger-absorption of DOM SECURITY, with a view to recreating the functional organization of the DOM SECURITY group.

GROUPE SFPI welcomes the completion of the above-mentioned transactions which contributes to thestreamlined and unified Group'sstock market structure.
