Protek : is among the top 100 best employers of Russia

Rigla (retail segment of Protek Group) took the 30th place in the overall standing and the 2nd place in the category 'Pharmaceutics and Medicine' of the Rating of Russian Employers - 2018, presented by the recruiting service HeadHunter. The company is as well among the winners in the category 'The Most Highly Developed HR-Processes'. Production branch of Protek Group - Pharmaceutical Company Sotex - is on the 82nd line of the overall rating, at the 6th place in the category 'Pharmaceutics and Medicine' and in the list of winners in the category 'The Most Involved Employees'. CV Protek increased by one line in comparison with the index of 2017 in the category 'Pharmaceutics and Medicine' and took the 9th place (101 scores). More than 700 applications were filed for participation in the research in 2018. Employers with number of employees not less than 100 persons were admitted for participation. They were assessed taking into account the opinions of job applicants and employees, as well as efficiency of operation of the companies' departments responsible for human resources management. Questioning of the applicants was performed according to the methods approved by the All-Russian Public Opinion Research Centre.
