Brown-Forman (NYSE: BFA) (NYSE: BFB) announced today that it has appointed Leanne Cunningham as Senior Vice President, Shareholder Relations Officer for the company, effective August 1, 2019. Cunningham succeeds Jay Koval, Director of Investor Relations.

Cunningham is uniquely qualified to assume this role, having served Brown-Forman for over 23 years in a variety of roles, most recently as the General Manager for a significant portion of our Global Production operations. She also successfully led teams through the acquisition and integration of BenRiach Distillery Company and the start-ups of Slane and Old Forester Distillery. Prior to this, Cunningham served in a variety of roles, including Director of Finance for Global Production, Chief of Staff for the Chief Production Officer, numerous financial roles in our US business, and in Corporate Strategy and Business Development.
