New acquisition for the DLSI Group

The DLSI Group continues its international development with the acquisition, via its subsidiary PEMSA SA, of a Swiss company: MBT AG, located in Zurich.

Effective on August 12, 2019, this acquisition, representing revenue of 5 million Swiss francs in 2018 (4.6 million euros), provides a great opportunity to diversify the client base and businesses. It will allow PEMSA SA to exceed 65 million Swiss francs in revenue.

MBT AGhas been an active agency for over 25 years in the hiring out of labor and recruiting in the technical sectors of construction, in particular, electrical installation, in the Zurich area.

With this location in the city of Zurich, Switzerland's financial center with the headquarters of many national companies, the DLSI Group is opening the door to new possibilities for growth.

This new 2019 acquisition confirms the Group's ambition to become a major player in temporary employment and recruiting on the Swiss market.
