Pierre La Tour new CFO of Biesse Group

Pesaro, 2 September 2019 - Biesse Group informs that Pierre La Tour, starting from today, is entering as Group Chief Financial Officer.

Pierre La Tour takes over Cristian Berardi role after Mr Berardi left the Group this March.

The Biesse B.o.D. will appoint Pierre La Tour as new manager responsible for the preparation of the company accounting records as per art 154-bis of the T.U.F.(Testo Unico Finanziario-Consolidated Financial Law) during the next meeting scheduled for the 30 October 2019.

Pierre La Tour started his career initially working for economic development projects and - later - as financial analyst inside the Societè Generale. In 1997 he joined the FIAT Group having many Finance positions in FCA and CNH Industrial both. During the last years Pierre La Tour held the role of Chief Financial Officer China for CNH Industrial and Financial Director in Turkey for the JV between CNH Industrial and the Koc Group.

At the time being Pierre La Tour is not holding any Biesse share.
