Notice of Publication of 2019 lnterim Report

We are pleased to inform you that the 2019 Interim Report (in both English and Chinese) of Hang Lung Properties Limited ("Company") has now been published on the Company's website at www.hanglung.com("Company's website") and the website of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited at www.hkexnews.hk("HKEx website"). If you have elected (or deemed to have elected) to receive printed version(s) of the Corporate Communications* of the Company, the printed copy of the 2019 Interim Report is enclosed.

If you have elected to read the Corporate Communications on the Company's website in place of printed copies, you may click the "Investor Relations" section on the home page of the Company's website to access the 2019 Interim Report under "Financial Report" of the "Financial Information" section or browsing through HKEx website. If for any reason, you have difficulty in receiving or gaining access to the 2019 Interim Report on the Company's website, the Company will promptly, upon your request in writing to the Company c/o the Company's share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited ("Share Registrar"), or by email to [e-mail], send the 2019 Interim Report to you in printed form free of charge.
