Notice of Publication of 2019 lnterim Report

We are pleased to inform you that the 2019 Interim Report (in both English and Chinese) of Hang Lung Properties Limited ("Company") has now been published on the Company's website at www.hanglung.com("Company's website") and the website of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited at www.hkexnews.hk("HKEx website"). You may click the "Investor Relations" section on the home page of the Company's website to access the 2019 Interim Report under "Financial Report" of the "Financial Information" section or browsing through the HKEx website. If you have elected to receive printed version(s) of the Corporate Communicat ions** of the Company, the printed copy of the 2019 Interim Report is enclosed.

If you want to (i) receive the printed version(s) of the 2019 Interim Report; and/or (ii) change your choice of language or means of receiving all future Corporate Communications, please complete and sign the request form ("Request Form") on the reverse side of this letter and return it to the Company c/o the Company's share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited ("Share Registrar"), at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong by using the mailing label in the Request Form (a stamp is not needed if posted in Hong Kong) or by hand delivery.
