The board of directors ("Board") of China Engerine International (Holdings) Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the announcement dated 29 July 2019 (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms herein shall have the same meaning as ascribed in the Announcement.

The Board announces that the certificates of quality, environment and safety of Beijing Energine and Gansu Energine have been fully resumed effective from 6 September 2019, as the result of the satisfactory review carried out by Beijing Tianyizheng Certification Center Co., Ltd. in relation to the rectification measures implemented by the Group.
