PERFORMANCE®

Strengthening a historic partnership with STELS

GAUSSIN Manugistique (EURONEXT GROWTH FR0010342329) announces the award of eight licenses, four exclusive and fournon-exclusive,for a period of three years withSingapore Technologies Engineering Land Systems(STELS), a companymajority-ownedby the State of Singapore, for the manufacture, promotion, distribution and marketing of the AGV PERFORMANCE®FULL ELEC "Ultra Fast Charge".

The four exclusive licenses are granted for the territories of Saudi Arabia, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates and South Korea and the non-exclusive licenses for the territories of Indonesia, Qatar, the Philippines and Oman.

The immediate objective for STELS is to be able to apply jointly with GAUSSIN for the various calls for tender in progress and to come in these territories.

Validation of the licensing business model and intensification of the partnership with ST Engineering Land Systems.

A first 20-year license granted to ST Engineering Land Systems for the territory of Singapore (see press release of 2 October 2018), enabled the Licensee to win a call for tenders for the first lot of 80 vehicles as part of a project from the port of Singapore.

The award of these new licenses confirms the GAUSSIN Group's expertise and demonstrates the value of its patents in the advanced technology of reliable and robust autonomous electric heavy vehicles.

GAUSSIN's licensing sales model meets the demand of strategic partners for the development of their long-term and large-scale projects. The model also confirms the interest shown by major international industrial groups in the technology developed by GAUSSIN for its new range of products intended for the port, airport, logistics and industrial sectors.

The AGV PERFORMANCE®FULL ELEC "Ultra Fast Charge": the world reference for electric autonomous vehicles.

In March 2019 (see press release of 20 March 2019), ST Engineering Land Systems won the call for tenders for the first lot of 80 AGVs for the Tuas Mega Port Project, which will be operated by PSA Port of Singapore Authority following the award of an exclusive 20-year license for the territory of Singapore.

The technology transfer is being finalised and the assembly of the first vehicles will be finalised beginning of 2020.

PSA call for tenders for the second lot: joint response by STELS/GAUSSIN*

The call for tenders concerning the second lot of AGVs is planned for 2020 and will allow the GAUSSIN Group and STELS to bid together for a new additional quantity of 200-300 AGV PERFORMANCE®. It will be the largest port AGV call for tenders in history.

This call for tenders is part of the Tuas Mega Port Project, which aims to create the biggest port terminal in the world.

The future port of Tuas, created from the consolidation of the existing ports of Keppel, Brani, Tanjong Pagar and Pasir Panjang, will provide Singapore with port infrastructure that will double its capacity to 65 million containers (TEU)1.

In order to manage 65 million containers per year, Singapore will launch successive calls for tender to acquire up to 2,000 over a ten-year delivery period.

This is a strategic project for the national economy, with the port sector representing 7% of Singapore's GDP2.
