2019-2020 FERRY LEASING AGREEMENT

DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the Company's announcement (the "Announcement") dated 28 August 2019 in relation to the 2019-2020 Ferry Leasing Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

It was mentioned in the Announcement that a circular (the "Circular") in relation to, among other things, the details of the 2019-2020 Ferry Leasing Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder would be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 30 September 2019. As additional time is required to prepare and finalise the contents of the Circular, the Company expects that the date of despatch of the Circular will be postponed to a date falling on or before 14 October 2019.
