(NASDAQ: INWK), the leading global marketing execution firm, today announced its plans to convene the 2019 annual meeting of its stockholders on October 4, 2019, as originally scheduled, and to adjourn the meeting without a vote on any proposal. The Company plans to adjourn the annual meeting to allow additional time for stockholders to review the proxy materials and vote on all proposals.

The Company plans to reconvene the annual meeting on November 1, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., local time, at the Company’s offices at 203 N. LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL 60601. At the reconvened meeting, each of the proposals set forth in the Company's proxy statement, dated September 24, 2019, and any other matters that are properly presented at the meeting, are expected to be submitted to a vote of the stockholders. The record date for the annual meeting has not changed. The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on September 19, 2019 as the record date for determining the stockholders of the Company entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual meeting.
