PARIS - LA DEFENSE, OCTOBRE 1st 2019 – Fabrice Barthélemy, CEO, announced today the strengthening of Tarkett’s Executive Management Committee with the appointments of Séverine Grosjean, Group Human Ressources EVP and Francesco Penne, President of EMEA & LATAM Division.

These appointments complete the Group's Executive Committee which is fully committed to the success of Change to Win, the new strategic plan presented in June.

Séverine Grosjean is appointed Executive Vice President of Group Human Resources, effective October 1st.
Séverine began her career at Philips in 1996, before joining Alstom Group in 2000 where she held various positions in the Human Resources Department in France and North America for 15 years. In 2015, she took over the responsibilities of Vice President HR of Schneider Electric's Industry division. In 2017, Séverine joined Tarkett as EMEA & LATAM HR Vice President.
Aged 47, Séverine Grosjean is a graduate of Science Po Paris and IAE Paris. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Kent (Canterbury, UK).

Francesco Penne is appointed President of EMEA & LATAM Division, effective October 1st.  
Francesco began his career in 1988 at Usinor (now Arcelor) in Research & Development and Marketing. In 2004, he joined Air Liquide where he held various sales & marketing and general management positions throughout Europe, notably as Vice-President for Central Europe from 2016 to 2019.
Aged 48, Francesco Penne is a graduate of Milan Polytechnic School and Ecole Centrale of Paris. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Bocconi business school.
