Application has been made to the Stock Exchange for the listing of the Programme. Notes to be issued under the Programme during the period of 12 months from the date of the Offering Circular dated 9 October 2019 prepared in respect of the Programme that are to be listed on the Stock Exchange will be by way of debt issues to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and in the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong)) only. The listing of the Programme is expected to become effective on 10 October 2019.
