REINET INVESTMENTS S.C.A. SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAMME - UPDATE 22 OCTOBER 2019

Reinet Investments S.C.A. has repurchased 160 646 ordinary shares in the period 14 to 18 October 2019. The shares were repurchased on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange at an average price of ZAR 265.94 per share (highest price: ZAR 268.98; lowest price: ZAR 262.83) for a total consideration of some ZAR 42.72 million (€ 2.6 million), plus transaction costs. These repurchases were made as part of the share buyback programme announced on 6 September 2019.

The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 1 538 352 ordinary shares for a total consideration of some ZAR 417.29 million (€ 25.4 million), plus transaction costs.
