RESUMPTION OF TRADING

At the request of China Harmony New Energy Auto Holding Limited (the "Company"), trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") was halted with effect from 11:25 a.m. on November 20, 2019 pending the release of an announcement in relation to placing of new shares (the "Announcement"). As the Announcement has been published on November 20, 2019, application has been made by the Company to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in the shares of the Company with effect from 9:00 a.m. on November 21, 2019.
